Mac OS and updater firmware---

I still work with the old El Capitan operating system --- unfortunately the firmware update software doesn't work ... what to do?

Hi,

There is a way around but it would be much easier if you can find a computer, it could be a windows or a more recent mac, where you could perform the upgrade?
If you do not have one please send an email to support@midronome.com and we will sort it out over email.
