Sync File Generator's BPM should be able to have decimals

Software Tool and version: Sync File Generator 0.1-beta

Operating System and version: MacOS 11.7.6

Short description of the issue: Unable to generate BPM files that aren't whole numbers

Steps to Reproduce: Open Sync File Generator and enter a BPM with a decimal (eg 98.34) and click Generate.

Expected Behavior: The file should be generated.

Actual Behavior: The application asks you to enter a valid BPM, hence decimals aren't considered valid however DAWs can run at BPMs with decimals.

Thanks for reporting

This is normal, as the Midronome currently cannot handle decimal tempos. Moving this in the suggestion forum
