This frikin unit wont start my Cubase

Post by tonen »

I've been using Cubase since 2.7 on a black and white mac. I have never had the issue of NOT GETTING MIDI CLOCK INTO CUBASE. Not with USB and not with DIN. I'm fucking pissed on electronics and thats not very often.

Yeah. no Mac no more. Win 11, Cubase 14, Have tried several PC's and audio interfaces as RME. A zoom L6 in on now, in ASIO mode.

please make my day and say it. say it! what button must I press???!!!???

Hi

Please stay respectful and polite.

As far as I know, Cubase cannot sync to MIDI Clock, and has never could (not a lot of DAWs can).
On Windows you can sync the Nome to Cubase by using this VST plugin sending an "audio sync track" to the Nome: https://github.com/simntonic/Midronome- ... tag/v1.1.0

Please follow the instructions in the PDF (same link) to set it up.

Why would I like to have a blinking box synced up to my daw?
It's supposed to be the other way around.
YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON WINDOWS, RIGHT?
