I've been using the Nome II on the same USB power supply for months with no issue (this did happen once before but only for a few moments then the screen came back), all of a sudden the screen wont turn on, but the other lights indicate its getting power. The click its outputing over the audio port is definitely not my configuration and only 2 beats per measure.
What I've tried:
-Unplugging RePlugging
-Changing USB cables (Using Anker brand nice cables)
- Changing power sources (battery, USB hub, laptop, etc.)
-Swapped the midi output cable just for fun
-Pressing/Holding all buttons in various orders
-Updating firmware (I did need to update to 5.2, and while I was updating the screen was working, but I unplugged it afterwards, plugged it back in and no screen)
I've become somewhat reliant on this thing working and now its not. Any advice is much appreciated.

Re: Screen not working?
Hi,
This does sounds like a hardware issue, I doubt your power supply or cable has anything to do with this. No worries, if it has an issue we'll sort it out.
Could you please try to start your device in bootloader mode by holding down TAP + the 2 play buttons for 4 seconds while you plug it in.
Does this get your screen to turn on (which should say "Con" and then "rdY" if connected to a computer)?
Then please send us the result over email to support@simntonic.com
Thank you
