Nome 1 and MIOXL
I am using Sequioa and Ableton 11.2.5, a MioXL and the u-sync plugin. The nome responds correctly to tempo changes in the DAW. However it does not seem to pass on the time synch to a Wakldorf Iridium or a Prophet 12. Sync directly from the DAW works even if it has quite a bit of jitter, but the nome does not send the tempo at all. The MioXL is set to forward the nome to every output so MIDI routing does not seem to be the problem.

Re: Nome 1 and MIOXL
Hi Jamie
Let's simplify to find the issue, do this step by step, and move to the next step only if everything works:
1. Only Nome + Prophet, direct MIDI cable, nothing else. Check the Prophet follows tempo changes and start/stop from the Nome.
2. If this works, try the exact same with the Waldorf, check the same things.
3. Now try both at the same time, through the mioXL, check again.
4. Now sync the Nome to Ableton using U-SYNC.
A few other thoughts: are you on the latest firmware? And is the "Mid" (in "Adv" settings list) setting set to "OFF"? This setting would turn off the MIDI Clock.
Cheers
