[WIP] Missing restart/reset of connected machines when using drum pad in P.A.d. mode

Short description of the issue: Nome does not restart/reset connected machines when using drum pad in P.A.d. mode

Steps to Reproduce:

• Connect a sequencer to the Nome either using MIDI or DIN Sync
• Connect a Drum pad to the INPUT of the Nome
• Configure inP setting to P.A.d.
• Start the sequencer using the Play button on the Nome
• Now tap 1 2 3 4 1 on the dum pad, accentuating the first and last 1
• -> On the last "1", the tempo and time signature are changed accordingly and the metronome resets

Expected Behavior: the connected sequencers are restarted/resynced to be in time with the metronome

Actual Behavior: there are not

Nome generation (I or II) and Firmware version: any generation, FW 3.2
