This is about sending All MIDI Notes Off (MIDI CC 123) on all channels at the same time MIDI Stop is sent, every time.
This will not be an option, the message MIDI CC 123 will be sent on all 16 channels right after MIDI Stop is sent, everytime (unless the list of MIDI messages to be sent is already full - more info on that later).
