u-Sync (win) questions

Hi,
Finally - u-Sync for Windows! Thanks Simon for the hard work!
It works perfectly here with Ableton Live, except one thing:
I can adjust the latency positively and hear the effect, but when I adjust the latency to below 0 (negative), it does not make any difference.
I suspect that this is because the u-Sync plugin then also increases its latency, so Ableton will automatically adjust for that as well.
I'm not 100% sure though. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong? Does anyone get this right in Ableton?
