[F] Minor Feature: auto-play mode when syncing (AudioSync/24ppq)

This is about adding a new option called "A.PL" (Auto-play) in the list of the settings, with values On or Off, to automatically "press" the Play button when the sync starts and ends, in all current syncing modes (AudioSync, 24PPQ and 24PPQ Plus).

This means that, when this feature is enabled (set to "On"):

• When the sync starts, the device is either doing "Play" or "Resync" (if it was already playing)
• When the sync stops, the device is doing "Stop"
• The outputs affected are the same as actually pressing the button, i.e. will depend on the "PLA" setting

Once this is implemented, it is not recommended to keep using the old technique (= DAW sending MIDI Start/Stop messages over USB) to perform Autoplay but use this feature instead.

This is already implemented in code and will be released as part of Firmware 2.0 (as well as the coming beta firmware).

Note that the "A.PL" setting is replacing the previous "Loc" setting (Locked mode partial or Full - setting which has now been removed) in the setting list.
