Short description of the issue: Roland TR-8S does not resync properly

Setup (devices connected to the Midronome and how): connect TR-8S to Midronome using DIN-MIDI

Steps to Reproduce:
Press Play on Midronome to send clock to the TR-8S.
Then manually press Start/stop twice on the TR-8S, so it is clearly out of sync with the Midronome.
Then hold the Play button down for 1sec on the Midronome to send a resync.

Expected Behavior: the TR-8S should resynchronize to the Midronome

Actual Behavior: it does not. But pressing stop and then play works fine.

It would be really nice to hear if anybody can reproduce this, if there are settings on the Roland TR-8S which can make the resync work properly, and if the issue exists on other devices.

I can confirm that the TR8S does not resync with long pressing the start button.
As mentioned, Stop - Start works fine.
I tested some other gear,
Beatstep Pro - works as designed
TR606 (DIN sync) - works as designed

Maybe it is easier to reproduce like this:

Start Midronome to send clock to the TR-8S.

Then manually press Start/stop twice on the TR-8S, so it is clearly out of sync with the clock of the Midronome.

Then hold the Start button on the Midronome to resync. The TR-8S should resynchronize to the clock, but it doesn't.

This is exactly the way I tested it.
I run the Beatstep, the 606 and the TR8S with the same pattern
then I bring each one out of sync and try to resync with long press

When I look at the MIDI signals I see the following:
Resync sends another START signal.
BSP and 606 do the job, TR8S don´t.

This is for me a minor issue, pressing STOP START does it.

Yes I'd love to test a new beta version as well

This is now fixed in code, fix will be released as part of FW 2.0.
