How does sync work between multiple Midronome units?

I've seen the "syncing 2 devices together" clip where the knob on one Midronome is turned and both Midronomes change tempo, but what happens if you turn the knob on the other Midronome? Will it also change the tempo? I have a dawless studio and I want multiple people (in different locations) to be able to change the tempo.

No sorry it's not a two-way sync, one is the master and the other is following.

So if you turn the knob on the slave one nothing happens.

With the future module and Ableton Link you'd be able to have two devices linked and both masters (because that's the way Ableton Link works).
