More then 48PPQ?

Hello, Midronome is a cool product idea.
I have a lot of vintage synthesizer, for example a PPG Wave 2.2
The PPG needs 64 or 32 PPQ - DIN Sync has 48 or 24 PPQ.
Is it possible to bring the Midronome to the 64 or 32 PPQ?

As I said this will have to be customized, either firmware or maybe a DIY module.
Would love to hear if other people have the same need
