USB into a hub and then into Ableton.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press setup button on device
2. Scroll to inP
3. Push scroll knob to select
4. ped is displayed on the screen
5. Scroll right and "Pad" is displayed on the screen
6. The device is now frozen and will not accept any input.
Expected Behavior:
To be able to scroll right further and select 24p.
Actual Behavior:
Device freezes.
Nome generation (I or II) and Firmware version:
Nome I, FW 5.2
More info:
I might have accidentally run phantom power into the unit but I'm not sure.

Hi
Thank you for reporting!
Are you saying the device is completely unresponsive after you select "Pad" - pressing any of the button (in particular the settings button) has no effect?

Re: device freezes when setting input mode
Weird it works fine with a phone charger. I’m getting a new USB hub, I’ll see if that fixes it on the computer. Thanks for the support.
