[R] Software (U-Sync) doesnt connect to Midronome

The problem is the U-Sync stays Red
Midronome Daemon shows Both is connected (midronome and plugin)
I use Ableton and when i load the Usync vst3 they show me the red "led"

Mac M1 Sonoma
Ableton Live 12

i tried everything who is described in the manual, but nothing changes

I cant find the firmware on the official website and Link
but i used the latest bootloader this is for the latest firmware?

can someone help me
