Starting this new topic in response to the Voting Page - Something Else.
I would like to have the option of generating the file in 44.1kHz 16bits, as this is what my software sequencer wants.
I think this is already in the pipeline.
I've tried converting the 24 bit audio file to 16 bit, but am getting a Midronome error after several bars and losing sync.
This might be related to conversion process options that I'm unfamiliar with. I generally choose whatever the defaults are.
It might be as simple as an amplitude issue.
Is there any guidance on this question, or readers with experience in answering it?
Thanks
[DONE] Sync File Generator - 16bit option
Re: Sync File Generator
This is already approved and even implemented
But I've ben waiting for the certificates to sign the new version of the software (and I can imagine the mayhem if I release a new version that still has the signing issue) and the company giving out the certificates has been extremely slow... But hopefully it will soon be there

Re: [DONE] Sync File Generator - 16bit option
Just FYI - this has been implemented (a while ago) in v1.0 of the Sync File Generator.
